8 years slinging drinks, a lifetime of fun.

I've spent the last eight-plus years behind every kind of bar — from dive shifts to running a program as bar manager, building menus, training staff, and pouring through busy Friday nights without breaking a sweat.

Now I bring all of that to your living room, backyard, or barn. I love tiki, I love rum, and I love a drink that makes a stranger ask "wait, what's in that?" Every menu I design is built around you, your guests, and the vibe you want. No corporate, no boring.

Every booking is full-service. I bring the bar to you, build the menu around your event, and run service start to finish. Pour by pour.

01 / Menu

A menu that's yours.

We chat before the event and I design a 3–5 drink custom menu around your guests, dietary stuff, and how loud you want the night to get.

02 / Bar Kit

The whole bar, packed in.

Shakers, jiggers, mixing glass, strainers, ice molds, garnish tools, fresh juice, syrups I make from scratch — all of it comes with me.

03 / Glassware

Glasses + ice + garnish.

Real glassware for every drink on the menu, clear ice, fresh citrus, edible flowers when they fit. Disposables only if you ask.

04 / Service

A real bartender, all night.

I post up, pour fast, chat with your guests, clean as I go, and leave your kitchen tidier than I found it. Tipping optional but appreciated.

A few quick things.

How far do you travel? +
Erie is home base. I cover the full front range — Boulder, Longmont, Lafayette, Louisville, Westminster, Broomfield, north Denver. Anything further than that, just ask; I'll quote a small travel fee.
Do you bring the alcohol? +
By Colorado law, the host provides the booze. I'll give you a clear shopping list (down to the bottle) once we lock the menu. I bring everything else — mixers, syrups, juices, garnish, tools, glassware.
How much does it cost? +
Most events fall in a range based on guest count, menu complexity, and hours. Reach out with your date and headcount and I'll send a flat quote — no surprise fees.
How far in advance should I book? +
Two to four weeks is the sweet spot — it gives us time to design the menu and prep house syrups. Last-minute Saturdays do happen; ask and I'll see what's open.
What if it's a small group? +
Small is great. Six guests at a backyard dinner is one of my favorite gigs. I've got a small-event minimum but no maximum size on the fun.
